How the price is calculated
Labour — by the hour
Crew and van. The clock starts when the crew arrives and stops when the last item has been handed over at the waste station. Minimum 1 hour, after that in 15-minute steps.
Waste station fee — by cubic metre
We pay it at the station and add it to your invoice. The crew estimates the volume on site – you do not have to measure anything. Metal and complete household appliances cost 0 €.

What a m³ looks like in practice
| Item | Volume | Waste station fee |
|---|---|---|
| Corner sofa | approx. 2 m³ | approx. 62 € |
| Wardrobe | approx. 1.5 m³ | approx. 46.50 € |
| Bed with frame | approx. 1.5 m³ | approx. 46.50 € |
| Mattress | approx. 0.5 m³ | approx. 15.50 € |
| Fridge | appliance | 0 € |
| Washing machine | appliance | 0 € |
Volume is worked out by simple multiplication: height × width × depth. Put the junk in one pile, measure the pile and multiply the three dimensions.
1 m³ is about ten large rubbish bags or two wardrobes side by side. On site the crew measures the volume themselves – you do not have to calculate anything.
What affects the price
A high floor without a lift adds working time. So do a narrow stairwell and a long carrying distance.
Metal, appliances, wood and paper/cardboard kept separate cost 0 € at the waste station. Mixed junk is charged at a higher rate.
On Saturdays and Sundays the hourly rate is higher. From 18:00 a 15% surcharge applies, from 23:00 it is 30%.
Taking apart an old wall unit or kitchen furniture takes time and shows up in the working hours.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the waste station fee 31 €/m³ when a private person pays less at the station?
A private person can take waste to the station more cheaply, but has to deliver it there themselves. We hand the waste over as a company, and the company rate is higher. Our invoice shows exactly the amount we pay at the station.
Do I have to measure the volume myself?
No. The crew estimates the volume on site.
What costs 0 € at the waste station?
Metal and scrap iron, untreated wood, paper and cardboard, and complete appliances and electronics. Complete means that no parts have been taken out of the device – a fridge, for example, must still have its compressor.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on this website include VAT.
What is the minimum charge?
One working hour. After the first hour we count the time in 15-minute steps – every quarter hour started counts.
Do you also come outside Tallinn?
Yes, we work across Harju County and, by agreement, further away. Outside Tallinn travel time or a kilometre charge of 1.00–1.60 €/km is added, depending on the vehicle and the size of the crew.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Companies can pay by bank transfer – please send the company details in advance. A private customer pays right after the job, against the delivery note.
