How does junk removal work?

  1. Send the details

The address, the floor, whether there is a lift, and a couple of photos of the room or the junk.
  2. You get the price

We give the price before the work based on photos, or on site before loading.
  3. We arrive

Two workers gather the junk, carry it out and load it into the van. You do not have to lift anything.
  4. Payment and removal

A private customer pays on the spot right after loading and receives the delivery note. With a company we agree the payment in advance – bank transfer included. After that we take everything to the waste station officially ourselves.

Tip: if you have time, before we arrive put the furniture and other bulky waste, the appliances, and the clothes and textiles into separate piles. Unsorted mixed junk goes at the construction waste rate at the station – sorted, the station fee comes out lower and loading and unloading go faster.

How does payment work?

With companies we agree the payment method in advance – usually by bank transfer against an invoice; please send the company details beforehand. After that we take everything to the waste station officially ourselves.

How the work goes and the schedule

Do I have to gather the junk or bag it up myself?

No. The crew gathers the junk themselves, bags it up if needed and carries it out. If the junk is already in bags or boxes, the work goes faster and the price comes out lower.

Do you clear a whole cellar, garage or flat?

Yes. We take away a couple of bags just as well as clearing a whole cellar, garage, attic or flat. For a larger quantity we come and take a look first if needed and give the price on site.

How quickly can you come?

We reply to an enquiry within a few hours and usually start within 1–3 days. We work weekends and evenings by prior agreement.
