Mis on suurjäätmed?

Suurjäätmed on suured jäätmed, mis ei mahu tavalisse prügikonteinerisse – näiteks mööbel, madratsid, vaibad ja muud suured esemed. Neid ei tohi panna olmeprügi hulka ega jätta prügikonteineri kõrvale.

Kui palju maksab suurjäätmete äravedu?

Hind koosneb töötasust (alates 84 €, miinimum 1 tund, 2 töömeest + auto) ja jäätmejaama tasust 31 €/m³. Näiteks 3 m³ suurjäätmeid keldrist maksab orienteeruvalt umbes 220 €.

Miks on jäätmejaama tasu 31 €/m³, kui Tallinna elanikule on see odavam?

Tallinna elanikule kehtib soodushind 10,30 €/m³, kui ta viib suurjäätmed ise jäätmejaama ja esitab ID-kaardi. Meie anname jäätmed üle ettevõttena, millele kehtib Tallinna Ringmajanduskeskuse hinnakirja järgi 31 €/m³. Juurdehindlust me ei lisa.

Kas suurjäätmete äravedu on tasuta?

Meie teenus on tasuline: maksate töötasu ja jäätmejaama tasu. Tasuta saab jäätmejaama viia näiteks metalli, komplektse kodutehnika ja kasutuskõlblikke esemeid.

Kuhu viia suurjäätmed Tallinnas?

Suurjäätmeid võtavad vastu Tallinna jäätmejaamad (Pärnamäe, Pääsküla, Rahumäe, Paljassaare) ja ringmajanduskeskused (Lilleküla, Lasnamäe). Kui teil pole autot või esemeid on palju, viime need teie eest.

Kas pean jäätmed ise sorteerima?

Ei pea, kuid see tasub end ära: sorteeritud asjad laaditakse kiiremini ja jäätmejaamas läheb mahalaadimine konteinerite kaupa kiiremini – tööaeg ja hind tulevad väiksemad. Eriti kui korteris on palju erinevat kraami, pange võimalusel eraldi kokku mööbel ja muud suurjäätmed, kodutehnika ning riided ja tekstiil.

Mida suurjäätmetena ära anda ei saa?

Segaolmejäätmeid jäätmejaam vastu ei võta. Ohtlikke jäätmeid (värvid, lakid, õlid, kemikaalid) me ei transpordi. Ehitusjäätmetel on oma tariif – vaata ehitusprahi äravedu.

Kui kiiresti saate tulla?

Vastame päringule mõne tunni jooksul ja alustame üldjuhul 1–3 päeva jooksul. Nädalavahetustel ja õhtuti töötame eelneval kokkuleppel.

Kuidas toimub maksmine?

Eraisikud tasuvad kohapeal kohe pärast pealelaadimist ja saavad saatelehe ning vajalikud dokumendid. Ettevõtetega lepime makseviisi eelnevalt kokku – tavaliselt ülekandega arve alusel; palume firma rekvisiidid eelnevalt saata. Seejärel viime kõik ise ametlikult jäätmejaama.

Kas töötate ka ettevõtetega?

Jah, teenindame nii eraisikuid kui ka ettevõtteid – näiteks kontoreid, ladusid, korteriühistuid ja kinnisvarahaldureid. Ettevõtted saavad maksta ka ülekandega ja vajadusel anname jäätmejaama kviitungi.

Millistes piirkondades töötate?

Töötame Tallinnas ja üle kogu Harjumaa, kokkuleppel ka väljaspool Harjumaad. Tallinna keskosas (Kesklinn, Kadriorg, Kristiine, Põhja-Tallinn, Mustamäe ning Lasnamäe, Nõmme ja Pirita algus) sõiduaega juurde ei arvestata. Tallinna äärealadel ja Harjumaal (nt Laagri, Pääsküla, Kakumäe, Viimsi, Tiskre, Peetri) lisandub sõiduaeg meie baasist Mustamäe tee 6b objektile ja tagasi.

What is bulky waste and what do we take away?

Bulky waste means large items that must not be put in with household rubbish or left beside a rubbish container. We take a large and heavy item apart when needed, carry it out and take it away – you do not have to lift anything.

The price has two parts: labour (2 workers + van) and Waste station fee, which we pay at the station on your behalf. Everything is handed over officially at the waste station and we provide the station receipt if needed.

The standard rate applies Mon–Fri 8–18, Sat 10–18 and Sun 12–18. We work evenings and weekends by agreement: a 15% surcharge applies to work starting from 18:00 and 30% from 23:00. See also the full price list and terms.

For example Laagri, Pääsküla, Kakumäe, Mähe, Merivälja, Pirita-Kose, Pärnamäe, the far end of Lasnamäe, Tiskre, Peetri, Luige, Järveküla, Loo, Muraste, Haabneeme, Randvere, Kose, Maardu, the municipalities of Viimsi, Harku, Rae, Saue, Saku, Kiili and Jõelähtme, and areas further away.

If the loading place is on the outskirts of Tallinn or in Harju County, travel time from our base to the site and back after the work is added to the working time.
Outside Harju County a time or kilometre charge is added for the trip to the site and back to the base in Tallinn.
The start and end point for the calculation is our base at Mustamäe tee 6b, Tallinn. We calculate the route and the time using Google Maps.
After the first hour we count the time in 15-minute steps – every quarter hour started counts.

How does bulky waste removal work?

You get the price
We give the price before the work based on photos or a list, or on site before loading.
We arrive
Two workers carry everything out and take large furniture apart if needed. You do not have to lift anything.
Payment and removal
A private customer pays on the spot right after loading and receives the delivery note. With a company we agree the payment in advance – bank transfer included. After that we take everything to the waste station officially ourselves.

Tip: if you have time, before we arrive put the furniture and other bulky waste, the appliances, and the clothes and textiles into separate piles. That way loading and unloading at the station go faster, and the working time and the price come out lower.

Price and payment

How much does bulky waste removal cost?

The price consists of labour (from 84 €, minimum 1 hour, 2 workers + van) and the waste station fee of 31 €/m³. For example, 3 m³ of bulky waste from a cellar costs roughly 220 €.

Why is the waste station fee 31 €/m³ when it is cheaper for a Tallinn resident?

A Tallinn resident gets the reduced rate of 10.30 €/m³ when taking bulky waste to the station themselves and showing an ID card. We hand the waste over as a company, for which the Tallinn Circular Economy Centre price list sets 31 €/m³. We add no mark-up.

Is bulky waste removal free of charge?

Our service is paid: you pay the labour and the waste station fee. Items such as metal, complete appliances and usable goods can be taken to the station at 0 €.

How does payment work?

Private customers pay on the spot right after loading and receive the delivery note and the necessary documents. With companies we agree the payment method in advance – usually by bank transfer against an invoice; please send the company details beforehand. After that we take everything to the waste station officially ourselves.

How the work goes and the schedule

Do I have to sort the waste myself?

No, but it pays off: sorted items are loaded faster and unloading into the containers at the station goes faster – the working time and the price come out lower. Especially if there is a lot of mixed stuff in the flat, put the furniture and other bulky waste, the appliances, and the clothes and textiles into separate piles if you can.

How quickly can you come?

We reply to an enquiry within a few hours and usually start within 1–3 days. We work weekends and evenings by prior agreement.

What is bulky waste?

Bulky waste is large waste that does not fit into an ordinary rubbish container – furniture, mattresses, carpets and other large items, for example. It must not be put in with household rubbish or left beside a rubbish container.

Where can you take bulky waste in Tallinn?

Bulky waste is accepted by the Tallinn waste stations (Pärnamäe, Pääsküla, Rahumäe, Paljassaare) and the circular economy centres (Lilleküla, Lasnamäe). If you have no car or there are a lot of items, we take them there for you.

What cannot be handed over as bulky waste?

The waste station does not accept mixed municipal waste. We do not transport hazardous waste (paints, varnishes, oils, chemicals). Construction waste has its own rate – see construction waste removal.

Do you also work with companies?

Yes, we serve both private customers and companies – offices, warehouses, housing associations and property managers, for example. Companies can also pay by bank transfer and we provide the waste station receipt if needed.

Which areas do you work in?

We work in Tallinn and across Harju County, and by agreement outside Harju County as well. In central Tallinn (Kesklinn, Kadriorg, Kristiine, Põhja-Tallinn, Mustamäe and the near ends of Lasnamäe, Nõmme and Pirita) no travel time is added. On the outskirts of Tallinn and in Harju County (e.g. Laagri, Pääsküla, Kakumäe, Viimsi, Tiskre, Peetri) travel time from our base at Mustamäe tee 6b to the site and back is added.
